Types of Therapy

As a consumer, I believe that Knowledge is Power.  So I wanted to give you the common types of therapy that can be used in order for you to become more healthy.  So, here is the list of styles that I have been formally trained in and I will be qualified to support you working with.

  • EMDR
  • EFT
  • CBT
  • DBT

In the future, I am planning on training in Somatic therapy but for now, I have incorporated some of the learning I have received and I can offer that to you and your family as well.
